Now that we are all back to work after the holidays, I just wanted to remind you of a few things that are happening in the next few weeks. We were expecting an announcement on the availability of copilot on CSP this week, but it seems that Microsoft were forced to pull the trigger a few days early and it was announced on Monday evening by Satya Nadella: Bringing the full power of Copilot to more people and businesses – The Official Microsoft Blog, It has only been generally available since the 1st of November via Enterprise Agreements with a Minimum buy-in of 300 Seats. Its now available to office 365 and M365 users on qualifying plans and the minimum quantities have been removed.

Microsoft have started as of 11.01.24, to auto migrate all renewing legacy subscriptions to NCE annual commit as they renew. I hosted a webinar on this on 10th January after I got my voice back. We have developed our own portal that is used just for reporting purposes, so you can give your users access without worrying that they will add licenses without your knowledge… this portal can be used for renewal management as well as well as to monitor license utilisation across all of your customers’ tenants, and checking and managing Secure Scores. This is more important than ever now with NCE and the inability to cancel licenses mid-term. You can access our reporting portal here:
Integr8 helps to safeguard your revenue by empowering you to stay on top of your CSP business with MicroWarehouse. It has been developed from the ground up to enables easy synchronization with your PSA system and the MicroWarehouse cloud portal. This includes subscriptions quantities and costs, products costs, and Azure spending. We currently support two of the most popular PSAs, ConnectWise and AutoTask with Halo support to follow shortly.
Microsoft have updated the MCA (Microsoft Customer Agreement) again, you may get an error when trying to add or upgrade licenses, if you do you can sign the updated MCA on our portal, just go to the customer, click on the account page and find the update button. If you want to send your customer a copy of the MCA, it can be downloaded from the CSP Portal. Just go to customers, then as if you were going to create a new customer, click EUR MicroWarehouse and you should see the link to download it. It’s also here: Microsoft Customer Agreement

We are seeing more and more customers losing access to data due to the “Teams Exploratory Trials” expiring. Microsoft announced this last year and they have started rolling it out. If you have users using Teams Exploratory as their only license, you will need to give them M365 Business Basic if they need anything more than Exchange.
