As we navigate our way out from Covid -19 slowly, some substantial changes are continuing to happen. Our amazing partner community has rallied hard to help themselves and their clients overcome the immediate challenges that we all faced in terms of the mandatory remote working that was forced on us.
In those challenging times, we seen innovation on scales that are hard to comprehend. We have watched our partners and their clients adopt new and diverse ways of working, innovate their processes, and use of applications. Overcome practical challenges around hiring new people, integrating them into their companies, finding their own new ways of doing business and helping their clients to do the same.
Learnings have been fast; businesses have been agile and in some of that rush we are seeing signs of change. The equilibrium of what was normal has now been firmly challenged and it is hard to deny, that the change in the workplace will not be a permanent one. Topics like security, employee well-being and insights into productivity are now becoming key talking points for businesses of all sizes. The concept of the office as a space rather than a location is now in our minds. The challenges for businesses to maintain their identity, culture and agility will rely deeply on how they embrace this new challenge, and how they re-invent their world of work, with both internal and external challenges in mind.
As these huge learnings start to settle, and as time moves on, we are all now starting to think about a “Hybrid Workplace” and how we will redefine our contemporary workplaces to allow us to blur the lines between physical and digital spaces with a robust fabric of technology that allows us to just deliver our work, regardless of space. I believe that you as partners are custodians of this new world of work. It is our collective responsibility to help inspire our clients to see things differently and help each of them design their new workspaces.
With that in mind, we are surveying our partners and would love your opinion on how you view these new challenges, and how you will find your own new equation to solve these. We will share our findings with all partners once we have examined them. We are looking to ensure that we have our finger on the pulse of what our partners are facing as challenges, so that we can ensure we are here to support you in the most impactful way we can.
Please take the time to fill in our survey and help us to help you. It should take about 12 minutes.
Kind Regards,
Guido
