The MS-900 Course is a certified Microsoft course presented by a Microsoft Certified Trainer ( MCT).

Microsoft 365 is a bundle of services that include Office 365, Windows 10 / 11, and Enterprise Mobility and Security – representing a complete, intelligent solution to allow everyone in your organisation to collaborate and be creative, securely. This 1 day course is designed for candidates looking to demonstrate foundational-level knowledge on the considerations and benefits of adopting cloud services in general and the Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud model. During the day you will learn the options and benefits of implementing the Microsoft 365 cloud service offerings.

After the course candidates should have the requisite knowledge to recommend solutions that address common organisational IT challenges and to differentiate Microsoft 365 solutions from the competition in the market.

On the day we will cover the following areas as part of preparation to take the MS- 900 exam.

• Module 1: Describe cloud concepts
• Module 2: Describe Microsoft 365 apps and services
• Module 3: Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities
• Module 4: Microsoft 365 pricing, licensing, and support

 

The format of the day will include slides, demos and sample questions.
